I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to you Rita, and your entire family, for your loss. I certainly remember Joe, even though I was not really well acquainted with him or spent much time with him. I do know that he was certainly a devoted husband and father, who also loved serving on the school board and had the best interests of both the taxpayers of the district and the kids at South Winn always in mind. May God comfort you at this difficult time.
