Obituary for Henry M. Showalter

Henry M. Showalter, 71, of Rose Hill died Monday, May 30th after a long illness. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 Thursday at The Rose Hill Community Church. The Cremation Society of Eastern-Central-Western Iowa is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include his son Artie of Rose Hill, two daughters: Robin Morgan of Zanesville, OH and Jeanne Boyle of Owensboro, KY, two brothers: Harry of Washington Courthouse, OH and Rob of Shelby, OH, one sister Esther Bolton of Salesville, OH and 4 grandchildren: Keith, Allison, Zachary and Jesse. Henry was preceeded in death by his wife Bonnie and his parents Harry and Clara. Henry was born January 28, 1934 in Hendrysburg, OH, the son of Harry and Clara(Poland) Showalter. He married Bonnie Goodwin on February 26, 1958. Henry was a Truck Driver for many years before retiring.He was also a member of The Rose Hill Community Church and The Rose Hill Ruritans. Memorial contributions may be made to either The Rose Hill Community Church or The Rose Hill Ruritans.
