Kelcy leaves her parents of rural Luana, IA., sister Lydia and husband Lee Guyer, also of Luana, IA., sister Quinn Jones of Rochester, MN., brother Cameron Jones of rural Luana, IA., niece and nephew, Hailee and Seth Guyer. Grandparents are Emmett and Bernadine Jones of rural Lansing, IA,, Vernon and Lynn Boland of Harpers Ferry, IA., and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kelcy was preceded in death by her brother Zachary Jones; uncles Dennis Jones, Brandon Boland, George Hansen and grandmother Hazel Hansen. Honorary pallbearers are Lee Guyer, Clayton Cobb, Dan Cripe, Kirk Laufer, Logan Donahue and Floyd Gettman. Kelcy was full of life and love for everyone. In fact, she had an abundance of smiles to distribute to all. Her love for life, family and friends was evident in all she did. Her smiles would fill a room with energy and her laughter would fill your soul with a comfort that would drain the cares and worries from your mind. What makes Kelcy even more remarkable is that she continued to be the same loving happy person during her long illness. Kelcy would want all who showed the slightest bit of remorse, sadness or pity for her to remember her disability was not going to stop her from being the loving bright-eyed girl Jehovah meant for her to be. And remembering the hope of a resurrection in a paradise earth. Kelcy enjoyed attending Bible meetings, learning about God''s Kingdom, going to school/T.A.S.C. with her wonderful teachers and friends, and spending time with her family. Kelcy loved to be read to. When her niece and nephew would sit on her bed, she would smile so brightly it would light up the whole room while they were reading and singing to her.
