Dear Helen and Family, We were so sad to read of John’s death. Such a character. We enjoyed being neighbors and have a lot of John’s “never ending stories”. ❤️ we know he will be missed by so many. Please take care of yourself and be sure if our prayers. 🙏 Kathy and Bill Hood

To the entire Cook family, I want you to know when I read this I was saddened. He was always a wonderful man and raised his family very well. I'll never forget that smile! I still remember learning typing from him at the middle school in Mount Pleasant. He was a good friend of my dad Jim also. I look forward to seeing you all on the 18th. Hugs for the whole family. You'll be in my prayers. Sincerely, Lisa Slobodnik Brooks
