Teresa Frahm, 53, of Hazleton, IA died Thursday, March 16, 2017 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City due to medical complications.
She was born August 15, 1963 in Waterloo, IA, daughter of Frankie and Jeannette Daugherty. She was united in marriage to Ricky Frahm on May 11, 1990 in Jesup. They were later divorced.
Survived by: Four children, Joey P (Jessy) Daugherty of Center Point, Kerry A (Brad) Taylor of Hazleton, Justin L Frahm of Cedar Rapids, Kaleen M Frahm of Oelwein and seven grandchildren, Jayden, Isabell, Emily, Joey Jr, Jordan, Brandon and Matthew; two sisters, Mary (Terry) Siddell of Cedar Rapids and Fern Adams of Tennessee; and a brother, Randy Daugherty of Waterloo.
Preceded in death by: her grandparents, Claude Kolthoff and Teresa Kress Kolthoff Burry; parents; Aunt Shirley Peters; two brothers, Tim and Terry Daugherty; and a sister, Gloey Daugherty Williams.
Services: 3:00 PM Wednesday March 22 at Sacred Heart Church, Oelwein. There will be no visitation. A private graveside service with her children & immediate family will be held at a later date at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Waterloo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to her four children.
